Boards of directors and residents of condominium corporations using Pro-House’s services, should refer to the management agreement entered into by their respective condominium corporation with Pro-House for complete details of the terms and provisions governing the relationship between Pro-House and your respective condominium corporation.

The Website may contain links to third party websites (“Third Party Websites”). The Third Party Websites are not under the control of Pro-House and Pro-House is not responsible for the contents of any Third Party Websites including, without limitation, any link contained in Third Party Websites, or any changes or updates to Third Party Websites. Pro-House is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from Third Party Websites. Pro-House is providing these links to you for convenience purposes only, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Pro-House of Third Party Websites or any association with its operators. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The Terms of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

This Agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pro-House relating to your use of the Website, and supersedes all previous agreements, written, oral or otherwise, between you and Pro-House with respect to your use of the Website.

The provisions of this Agreement will enure to the benefit of and be binding upon each of Pro-House and its successors and assigns and related persons, and you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, permitted assigns, and personal representatives.
